In Pool Exercise Bike - - Its more about exercise than having fun in water

For those who want to bike but also want to be in the pool at the same time, this In Pool Exercise Bike combines the best of both worlds.

The In Pool Exercise is more about exercise than having fun. This underwater two-wheeler is designed to help build strength and endurance with less strain on the body. In fact, this is apparently what professional cyclists use when they’re in training. The bike also has a LCD monitor (which is waterproof, of course) that displays time, speed, distance and calories burned so that you keep track on your status. For those wondering, the company says that it’s made from “durable nylon, ABS, and fiberglass,” guaranteeing that the device won’t rust in the pool.

Fivelements, Puri Ahimsa, Bali: Ofers Private Little Villas Themed After the Five Elements

Behind an antique village tucked amidst rice fields lies Fivelements Bali. Instead of a traditional luxury hotel, Fivelements, Puri Ahimsa, offers private little villas themed after — you guessed it — the five elements.

Everything at Fivelements Bali is designed to be in harmony with the natural environment. The property is covered in lush plants, walkways that stretch elegantly over fish-filled ponds, and a series of Balinese-style huts that house guests, act as healing centers, yoga shalas, and as meditation pavilions. The tallest structure on the Fivelements Bali grounds is the two-story open-air restaurant, the Sakti Dining Room. The vegan food, which is mostly raw, is presented as if each dish and beverage will be photographed for an international culinary magazine.

The element-themed rooms have beds cloaked by cascading mosquito screens, outdoor bathrooms that include showers surrounded by flower-covered stone walls and pebbles instead of tiles, and big-stone bathtubs with color-changing lights.

The healing center brings a grassroots feel to the luxury, as it not only offers pampering, but esoteric treatments from authentic Balians who facilitate sacred healings.

"The holistic Sacred Arts programmes at Puri Ahimsa involve movement, creative expression and self-awareness. The individual or group sessions are multi-disciplinary and are guided by specialists in Meditation, Yoga, Somatic Therapy, Aikido, Dance, Vibrational Healing Music, Drama, Visual Arts and Healing Dance Aquatic Bodywork. These programmes help us to reconnect with our authentic selves, opening our bodies and minds to newfound trust, freedom and joy."

Thermo Mirror from NEC Avio - - Read Your Temperature by Just looking at It

It’s the time of year when it seems like everyone is getting sick. I spent nearly two weeks battling the flu myself not too long ago. One of the annoyances while trying to fight off illness is taking your temperature. You have to deal with a thermometer, which usually means sticking something under your tongue, waiting, then washing it off. After all, you don’t want those old germs going right back in your mouth the next time you check your temperature.

NEC Avio knows how annoying this can be, and are working on a device called the Thermo Mirror. All you need to do is look into the mirror for a moment, and it will give you a reading using infrared thermography. Granted, the last thing you want to do when you’re sick is stare at yourself in the mirror, but I think you’ll live. The downside here is that they’re going to want around $1,200 for the device when it launches later this year.

Men's Guidelines for Losing Weight

Fitness Tips
Obese men today crave for weight loss. However, the choice of whether they lose weight will depend on the kind of food they eat as well as how well they take care of their bodies.

In the ancient world, men ate vegetable
foods. These foods were less fatty. Some schools of thoughts today advance a view that it is this kind of food that left those men healthier than today’s men. However, this thought is moot to the people of the current world.

Due to the kind of work that men do and coupled with the kind of food they eat, the growing result has become obesity. This has made many men to feel so uncomfortable in the public arena and desire to engage in activities that will help them lose weight.

The best strategy for losing weight involves simple basics. Thus, a man who eats foods with little calories, puts on his menu more protein oriented food and gets ample cardiovascular exercise to help burn away the fat is at a good footing of losing weight than one who just eats without that meticulous insight.

Just like fat is used as a cooking material, and just like it melts when applied to intense heat, a fatty body responds greatly when put almost in the same conditions. Thus, an obese man who never does fitness exercises will accumulate more fats, which if not taken seriously may lead to serious conditions like heart failure. Thus, it is incumbent that one occupies himself with fat-reducing activities like exercises as a measure of weight reduction.

In some instances, the easiest way to reduce weight will only lie in determining what one takes. Today, supermarket
shopping has become part and parcel of everyone’s life. The greatest advantage of this is that a lot of packed foods can be availed to an individual at a reduced cost. However, unlike natural foods, packed foods are filled with different percentages of nutrients. One must therefore be courteous while shopping from the supermarket no find out whether the food he is buying does not contain excess lipids which will increase his weight. This therefore means that one does not have to eat everything but must be selective while eating.

To put into consideration is the fact that men, due to their muscle structure have a higher metabolism than women. Thus, the choice of a fat burner will be so necessary for a man since their cells and organisms develop faster than those of women. Thus, high concentration of caffeine supplements will be more effective to reduce such humongous weight, though of course, their side effects will be evident within a short time.

Exercise Tip

Keeping Fit As A Way of Life

This article majorly addresses healthy feeding that can be carried out while exercising In order for one to live a good life and the ways in which it can be attained. It has been said that to live a good and healthy life one requires consuming a balanced diet as well as work out. These two go hand in hand and therefore one cannot be carried out while the other is being left out. An individual must strike a balance between these two. Therefore one cannot exercise on an empty stomach as this will cause negative results for his or her health.

In order to workout there are certain tips on what one should consume or eat. Before one can even begin to exercise, a heavy meal should always be avoided as it will cause a lot of fatigue and thus one will not be able to carry out the physical movements easily. However if person over feeds before a work out, he or she might end up vomiting or getting pain in the muscles .This is because when huge amounts of food are eaten, our bodies cannot absorb it easily thus causing the blood flow to increase hence making the person frail. Due to this it sacks out one’s energy and does not produce the right results as it should have.

It is important that before exercising one need not eat anything, however if one is to do so, they must be body building foods as they turn into energy when broken down unlike proteins as well as fatty substances. Foods that have a lot of fiber in them such as beef as well as deep fried foods must be left out of one’s diet.

It is very crucial for one to make sure that water is available or within his or her reach. This is because while exercising liquids within the human body are constantly going out therefore they need to be replaced as soon as possible. The result of this is that the body is cleaned of impurities easily thus one’s digestive system functions properly.

After the work out, having a meal can be done with in a time frame of two hours and this can be a combination of energy giving foods and body building foods. One should also keep away from fatty foods immediately after exercising.

Carbohydrates are broken down to form glucose which is turned into energy thus preparing all the systems of the human body to carry out their activities; this is why they can be consumed in big quantities. An example of energy building foods is whole grain meals such as oats, millet, bean seeds and many others. Amino acids which can be found in body building foods such as milk, chicken as well as beef are very y important and should be consumed after exercising in appropriate levels. Therefore for a work out to turn out well, the above steps should be followed.
