Who: Rani Mukherjee

Rani in a bright color - what a surprise:-) Beautiful dress in a gorgeous shade of blue. Love the embellishment on the shoulder and the small cutout at the sleeve. Rani carries the dress really well. What I really don't like is the white shoes with blue..

Who: Shahrukh and Gauri Khan

Shine alert!! Has Gauri not heard of matte makeup?? She can stand at the sea-shore and guide all ships to harbor!!

And there is something off about the fit of this dress..Anyways, lets just ogle at her arm candy and move on to the next outfit..

Who: Twinkle and Akshay Khanna

Ouch!! That print clash really hurts!!

Love her dress, love her clutch, love her shoes but all together makes my head spin!! ..Lets again divert our attention to the arm candy..

Who: Mehr and Arjun Ramphal

Isnt that color combination really awesome?? Mehr looks tall and elegant in an one-shoulder maxi-dress. Some earrings would have looked nice - why waste an opportunity to accessorize:-). And love Arjun's shirt...

Who: Suzanne Khan

Suzanne wore a flirty, summery maxi-dress that she paired with a beautiful green clutch. A perfect Resort look!! Someone forgot to tell her this is a fashion show red carpet event..

HDIL'10 opening party - Part II

Urmila wore a black/white abstract print dress with an asymmetrical hemline to the HDIL opening night. She teamed it with a printed clutch and shoes with rosettes. Although she has the legs to rock this dress, I think a longer skirt would have looked more classy.

Shamita wore a cutesy safe dress that I think works for her. She looks good but doesnt really "wow" me..

Meghna in a dress that would have looked great on a girls night out but is really simple for a red carpet event...

HDIL'10 opening party - Part 1

Who: Shilpa Shetty

Shilpa wore a black drop-down waist, mini-dress to the fashion show opening party. She paired her dress with a gold chain belt, black-gold clutch and strappy shoes.
I love the gold detailing at the neckline. Shilpa looks effortlessly chic and ankle upwards this is a winner. Her shoe choice doesnt work for me and I would have preferred something non-fussy.

Who: Deepika Padukone

Deepika wore a two-tone dress in beige and black to the event. The black carpet makes it difficult to figure out her shoe style. The top has beautiful pleats that extend to her sleeve. The only iffy part seems to be the superfluous ruffle at the waist.
And she should have done up her hair and gone for some serious bling in her ears..

Not sure why Soniya decided to celebrate Halloween one month early!! She looks ghastly but rocks some great shoes..Karishma looks chic and Raveena is under-dressed for the event. Like the guest in one-shoulder gown and multi-layered gold chains..
