'I love fine foods and hate the gym': Adele reveals she is happy with her weight

Curvy and confident: Adele has revealed she is happy with her weight as she graces the cover of Rolling Stone magazine

She's the larger than life singer who has enjoyed phenomenal success so far this year.

And now Adele has continued her quest for world domination by gracing the cover of America's Rolling Stone magazine in their Best of Rock 2011 issue.

The 22-year-old singer looks stunning on the cover, with her black eyeliner and voluminous hair turning her into a glamourpuss, and insists in the accompanying interview she isn't worried about her weight and is happy with how she looks.

She said: 'My life is full of drama and I won't have time to worry about something as petty as what I look like. I don't like going to the gym.

'I like eating fine foods and drinking nice wine. Even if I had a really good figure, I don't think I'd get my t**s and a** out for no one.

'I love seeing Lady Gaga’s boobs and bum. I love seeing Katy Perry’s boobs and bum.

Love it. But that’s not what my music is about. I don’t make music for eyes, I make music for ears.'

Adele, who has been top of the UK album charts for the past 11 weeks with her second record 21, also spoke to the magazine about her struggles with stage fright.

She said: 'I'm scared of audiences. One show in Amsterdam I was so nervous I escaped out the fire exit. I've thrown up a couple of times.

'Once in Brussels I projectile vomited on someone. I just gotta bear it. But I don't like touring. I have anxiety attacks a lot.'

However, Adele admits she took inspiration from her idol Beyoncé as to how to get over her anxiety by channelling Beyoncé's alter-ego Sasha Fierce and coming up with her own version.

The album was inspired by a relationship breakdown and Adele says she will remain eternally grateful to her ex-boyfriend for his part in her life story.

She said: 'He was artistic, but not romantic. We'd just bicker over a cup of tea or the fact that my lighter wasn't working.

'He made me an adult and put me on the road that I'm travelling on.'

This one is for YOU

This week I have noticed more than ever a lot of people having a really tough time of things. This makes me sad...I want to reach out and fix everything for everyone, but I am only one person and I still have to work on fixing myself.

What I'd like to say is don't give up hope. No matter how bad/sad/utterly shite things are right now...brighter days are ahead. I wish I could promise when, and how it'll happen, but I can't...just trust me that those days ARE coming.

I was once a person so consumed in negativity that I couldn't imagine anything good happening to me at all,
and if it did...did I deserve it? I felt like I didn't...catch 22 circle of more negative thoughts.
Last year I dared to hope. Sure it took a long hard fight, but you know what? Every barrier broken...every glimmer of things changing for the better made me fight that bit harder. I remember being SO happy when I came home on my first day leave and I was able to walk up and down our stairs,
to most people that would be insignificant, but to me it meant the world.
Focus on the small things...as Tesco would say, every little helps and you need to learn to walk before you can run.

Some of you probably want to punch me right now, or think I'm just one big walking cliche,
but please...
do dare to hope and have dreams. The pay off is amazing. Once you start to believe things can and will get better, I think it becomes easier to make the steps needed.

Here are a few items on my Hit List and Shit List this week;

Hit:
- Work
- My brother being home for the weekend and meeting his girlfriend (who is lovely, really lovely)
- SUNSHINE! These brighter days are making me act like a child
- Immature giggling fits, usually bought about by Sarah
- Amazing online friends, such as Char and Jodie who sent me this incredible parcel

- Interpol, they were bloody brilliant!
- Sparkly Jewellery (some seen yesterday and another awesome batch to be revealed this week!)

Shit:
- Violent drunk guy at Interpol. This guy truly scared me. He was horrendously drunk and grabbed one girls hair, stomped on many feet and started several fights.
- Anxiety and Insecurity about how I look and needing constant reassurance (sorry tweety peeps you get the brunt of this)

(thank you for making me feel beautiful)

- Crappy support acts. The main talent was his arrogance and ego.
- Not having enough time to see everyone I was to see...Kez, Trudi and co...I MISS YOU

So there we have my jumbled up post for today.

Maybe Christmas... perhaps... means a little bit more!

I know I'm a bit of a Grinch about beginning the celebration of Christmas in November, but I have found an alternative to one of my pet peeves - all those annoying radio stations blaring classics such as "Santa Baby" and "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree."

With Pandora Radio, you get to choose the genre of music you like and you can customize it as you go. If they play a song I don't like, I click the thumbs down icon and it's never played on my station again. If I like a song, I click thumbs up and get it and more like it in the future. Eventually, you'll end up with a playlist (or multiple playlists) that's just perfect for your listening tastes. For example, right now I'm listening to their Classical Christmas preset. I've just heard Once in Royal David's City by the Vienna Choir Boys, and next in the queue is Hark the Herald Angels Sing by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. Imagine hearing songs about Christ at this time of year! It's crazy, but it just may catch on!

There are lots of ways you can listen. Personally, I prefer to use it at my computer, but can also listen through the television with my Roku. The service has two subscription plans: a free subscription supported by limited advertisements, and a fee-based subscription without ads. A free account user may reach the streaming limit of 40 hours per month, and continue unlimited streaming by paying $0.99.
