In.Out.Questions.

Happy Sunday! Who has had fireworks this weekend? I guess I kind of did; my bedroom window provides the perfect view of everyone else's displays!

Here is what's rocking (and sinking) in my world right now.

IN
- Teapigs liquorice and peppermint tea. So good.
- Cuddles with Flash
- Xfactor...how good was Matt last night?! Amazing.
- Socks. I've started to re-build my sock collection after working out how well they team up with tights to provide the ultimate in comfort.
- Crisp, sunny days. Perfect for walking in the park.
- Jelly beans, chocolate buttons and gingerbread men. Childhood comfort food.
- Marmite. So perfect with oh so many winter comfort foods.
- Masterchef final. Mind blowing.
- Reading. I've spent many an hour curled up warm with a book this week.

OUT
- Soaps. They just get more and more overly dramatic and bizarre. I'm looking at you Eastenders.
- Rain. Combined with cold weather. Hair hell and miserable me.
- Lack of tofu...what's going on shops? This girl has a craving.
- Christmas. Yes, I love it, but I'm getting a little tired of songs and decorations already.
- Shorter days. It's dark when I wake up and dark again before late afternoon. More sunlight please.

I think that just about covers it! What are you loving and loathing this week?

Lust of the week: The Orphan's Arms

The Orphan's Arms are a thoroughly British label that produce some epically amazing printed tees.
They run a stall at Brick Lane market every Sunday, as well as selling their apparel online.

I'm current lusting over most of the tees available on the website, my absolute favourites being

things I love right now

Today I thought I would share with you some things I am enjoying right now. I can't believe it's October 1st, I have no idea where the year has gone...all I can say is it's well and truly Autumn outside; pouring rain and howling wind, just wonderful.

Nail Polish
A.K.A. my other obsession beside tights, and nowhere near as organised.



My current favourite is this Revlon one called "Tropical Temptation" (I think)



Cosy Jumpers
Just perfect for this kind of weather. This one came from store twenty one, a fairly new arrival to my little town.



Cupcakes
My love for all things cupcakes is still going strong. The lovely scrap book album was a leaving present from my wonderful, wonderful B on the unit.



Presents
Who doesn't love them? I have been utterly spoilt in the last few months and I'm finally learning to lose the guilt around it. These lovelies are from my "Mum2" from her holiday in Florida. Peanut Butter M&Ms are a new love of mine...actually, peanut butter in general is.



Skincare
I've finally, at the grand old age of 23 found skincare products that work for me. My new staple is this Pink Grapefruit daily scrub. It works wonders on my skin and smells divine.



Other, un-pictured loves include

- Marmite. Some things never change. Plain old marmite on toast, Marmite cashew nuts, Marmite on a spoon...I'm not sure I'm brave enough for this though.

- Masterchef and X-factor. My guilty pleasures.

- Cuddles with Flash on the sofa. Except when he dribbles.

- Being home and able to spend as much time as I want with my family and friends.
